Um, FREAKING OUT. I made cake using JUST a blender. I had ripe bananas laying around and wanted to exert the least amount of effort possible for a delicious result and I DID IT 😏 you throw all of your ingredients into a blender, blend it up, transfer to your pan and bake. THAT’S IT! This is my new favorite and I hope you love! ❤️

Grease a 9” cake pan with coconut oil and preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Toss all of your ingredients into a blender, and blend until the batter is completely smooth. Transfer to your greased pan, top with desired toppings (I did a dusting of cinnamon and unsweetened coconut) and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool slightly in the pan before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
