This is a favorite afternoon pick-me-up and it’s SO easy to make! These clusters feature a delicious combination of melted chocolate, coconut oil, mixed nuts/seeds, and a surprise peanut butter maple caramel in the middle for a fun twist.
Melt your chocolate in the microwave with coconut oil in 15-second increments, stirring between intervals until smooth and glossy. Add your nuts and seeds – feel free to substitute your favorites! On a baking sheet, add about 1-2 tablespoon amounts of the chocolate/nut mixture. Add your caramel (made by mixing peanut butter and maple syrup) on top of the first layer of chocolate/nuts, then top it off with more chocolate/nuts. Add flaky salt and freeze for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
