The best snack to make from rice cakes, and a twist on my OG dada rice cake recipe! SO easy to make, absolutely delicious, and made extra fun with some peanuts and a peanut maple caramel to give it that snickers & candy bar vibe…🍫 Tag me @dadaeats when you make it! Let’s gooooo recipe below ENJOY

Instructions

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 15-20 second increments until completely smooth and glossy. Crumble in the Rice Cakes. Add the peanuts. Mix to combine. In a separate bowl make the PB caramel by mixing together the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Drizzle that into the chocolate rice cake mixture, reserving a couple tablespoons to top the rice cake. Press the mixture into a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure that it is packed well, and evenly distributed. Press on some extra peanuts, and drizzle reserved PB caramel. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Break apart, and enjoy! Store in the fridge.
