I DID SOMETHING EXCITING TODAY, only after shattering a plate into literally a thousand pieces on my kitchen floor before 10am! Honestly who gave me permission to cook for a living… I made my Fudgey Chocolate Brownies! These were one of the first recipes I put up on my site and I actually forgot how much they make Betty Crocker nervous? 🤭 Lol JK but these are seriously a favorite, and they are vegan & gluten-free too which is a true plot twist. We could all use just a little more sweet in our lives these days. I’ll put the recipe below, and it’s on my site too! ENJOY! I hope your day shapes up better than my morning loll. Instructions

Prepare flax egg and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and melted/cooled coconut oil until it is very smooth. Slowly add in cocoa powder incrementally, stirring the mixture until everything is thoroughly mixed. Add flax egg. Tablespoon by tablespoon, add Gluten free flour or your pulsed GF oats. Fold in chocolate chips. Place in pan of choice (I recommend 8X8 but really doesn't matter!) bake on 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I like mine fudgey and slightly underbaked so mine took around 24 minutes.
