Hot Honey Pasta Salad! 🥵🌶️

1. Cook pasta according to instructions on the packet. Transfer to a large bowl, toss with olive oil (to prevent sticking) and let cool.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the Hot Honey Dressing (extra-virgin olive oil, honey, juice of 1 lemon, red pepper flakes, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper). Adjust to taste with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and lemon if desired.
3. Combine pasta, tomatoes, basil, arugula, cucumber, cheese of choice, and dressing — toss to combine.
4. Finish with extra shaved parmesan + oregano / red pepper flakes if desired. Enjoy!
