NEW ✨ CHOCOLATE CHIP PECAN LOAF CAKE!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Add your almond butter, melted and cooled coconut oil, and honey. Mix until smooth, then add the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, pinch salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add coconut milk to help everything come together.

Fold in the crushed pecans and the chocolate chips.

Transfer to an 8x8 square baking pan lined with parchment paper (or greased with coconut oil). Top the cake with extra crushed pecans and chocolate chips.

Bake for ~35-40 minutes until the sides and tops are golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
