NEW! CINNAMON PECAN LOAF CAKE!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Add your almond butter, melted and cooled coconut oil, and honey. Mix until smooth, then add the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, pinch salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Add the crushed pecans into the dry ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add coconut milk to help everything come together. Transfer to an 8x8 square baking pan lined with parchment paper (or greased with coconut oil). Top the cake with a drizzle of honey, cinnamon, and extra crushed pecans. Bake for ~35 minutes until the edges and tops are golden brown!
