Peanut Butter Caramel Brownie with Flaky Sea Salt (GF/DF)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk eggs, water, coconut oil, and vanilla extract together. Add brownie mix and stir to combine. Mix all ingredients for Peanut Butter Caramel together and stir until smooth. Add half of brownie batter into a greased 8x8 pan. Spread 1/3 of PBC (Peanut Butter Caramel) on top of the batter. Then pour the rest of the brownie batter in, and top with the remaining PBC. Spread it around until it’s distributed well on top of the brownies. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly before enjoying!
