NEW Pumpkin Pie PANCAKES ⚡️! someone has fully embraced fall and...that someone is me, i will not apologize for it but i will say that i was so excited to make these that i opened my can of pumpkin purée upside down and drizzled maple syrup over my entire shirt in addition to the pancakes! more is more baby! i’m going to sign off with that. happy sunday enjoy!

Instructions

Whisk together flours, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin spice. In a separate bowl beat eggs, then add vanilla extract, pumpkin purée and almond milk. Combine wet & dry ingredients. Spoon 3 TBSP amounts onto a hot, greased skillet. Makes about 5-6 medium sized pancakes. There’s no sugar in the batter because these are designed to be topped with your sweetness of choice! Top with strawberries, maple syrup, nuts, etc. Enjoy!
