Salted Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Patties

First, cream together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour and coconut flour, then add this dry mixture to the peanut butter mixture. Add the almond milk to help combine everything well. Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Form the dough into cookies by rolling them into balls and then pressing them down slightly to flatten them into patties. Place these patties in the freezer to firm for at least 20 minutes. While the patties are firming, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Once the patties are firm, coat them in the melted chocolate mixture. Place the coated patties back in the freezer for 30 minutes until the chocolate has hardened. Finally, sprinkle with flaky salt and enjoy!
