Heat your almond milk over the stove until starting to simmer. Reduce the heat and add the cocoa powder. Whisk until no cocoa clumps are present. Then add the coconut sugar. Whisk. Now add cinnamon. Whisk yet again! Take your hot cocoa off the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until they have melted completely. Pour into your favorite mug, top with marshmallows and a dusting of cinnamon. Enjoy!
